Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and any right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law remain unaffected
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right
Changes and how to reach us
