Scope and controller
This policy explains how Allie LTD handles personal information when you visit allieltd.com. Allie LTD is the controller responsible for the corporate website described here
Allie LTD is a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 460424 and VAT number 60076104S. Its registered office is Emmanouil Roidi 44, KIRZIS CENTER, 3031 Limassol, Cyprus. Email: legal@allieltd.com
The website introduces the Allie portfolio and links to product websites. This policy does not govern information handled by an Allie product. Using one product does not create a shared Allie account or automatically enrol you in another
Information this site handles
No information submitted through the site
The corporate website has no account registration, newsletter sign-up, application form or contact form. Its code does not ask you to submit personal information or create a visitor profile
Technical request data
When your browser requests a page or asset, Vercel, which hosts and delivers the website, automatically processes limited request data. This can include your IP address, approximate city or country derived from the IP address, requested page or file, referring page, browser and device information, request time, response status and system configuration information
Amazon Web Services Route 53 processes DNS query data needed to direct your browser to allieltd.com. The website's typefaces are packaged with the site and delivered from the same Vercel-hosted origin, so loading them does not create a request to Google Fonts or another external font provider
Cookies, browser storage and analytics
The website code does not set cookies, use local or session storage, include analytics or advertising tags, or deploy tracking pixels. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are disabled. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before the relevant feature is enabled
Product legal pages
Each released Allie product publishes its own legal documents. Review the Privacy Policy and product terms for the product you use
- FlamifyPrivacy PolicyTerms of UseHow moderation works
- OrynPrivacy PolicyTerms of Service
- ThinklyPrivacy PolicyTerms of Use
- SubTapPrivacy PolicyTerms of Use
- DramyxLegal pages in preparation
- SkyEasyLegal pages in preparation
Some product pages may link to services operated by other companies. Those third-party services have their own privacy policies, which apply independently
How and why information is used
Limited technical information may be used to:
- route, deliver and display the pages, assets and locally hosted typefaces you request
- maintain the security, availability and performance of the site
- identify and investigate errors, abuse or attempted attacks
- comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights
This limited processing is based on Allie LTD's legitimate interests in publishing and operating a secure, reliable corporate website and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations. The current website has no feature that relies on consent as its legal basis
Retention and security
The website code does not create a visitor database or a separate copy of visitor request logs. Vercel makes operational logs available for a limited period determined by the active Vercel plan and platform configuration. Allie LTD uses any available records only for delivery, security and troubleshooting, and does not use Route 53 query information for visitor analytics
Information connected with a security incident or legal obligation may be retained for longer only while it is reasonably needed to investigate the incident, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with law. Vercel and AWS also retain technical service data under their own documented retention rules
Allie LTD uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure
Your data-protection rights
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information; to object to processing; to receive portable data; or to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing
You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or with the supervisory authority where you live or work. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions
For information connected to a specific Allie product, use the privacy or support contact published in that product's Privacy Policy so the request reaches the correct team. For allieltd.com, email legal@allieltd.com or write to the registered office above and mark the correspondence “Privacy”. Clearly identify the website or product concerned
Children
This corporate portfolio website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Age rules for each product are explained in its own Privacy Policy and product terms
Changes and how to reach us
Allie LTD may update this policy when the website, its providers or legal requirements change. Changes apply from the effective date shown at the top of the page. A material change to how this website handles personal information will be highlighted on the website when the revised policy takes effect
